My Story

Learn about my experience and accessibility expertise.

Your Trusted Accessibility Compliance Partner

I am Paul Glenn, an accessibility specialist providing plan reviews, post-construction inspections, and accessibility compliance site assessment services. Since 2004, I have delivered these services as Paul Glenn, first operating as TAS Compliance Company and now as TAS Compliance LLC.

My experience in accessibility began in 1990, when I conducted assessment surveys of more than 40 existing City of Plano facilities for compliance with ADA Guidelines, Title III. This work laid the foundation for my long-standing focus on accessibility standards and code compliance.

In addition to my work with TAS Compliance LLC, I retired in 2018 from the City of Plano, Texas, where I served for 30 years as an Owner's Representative overseeing municipal facility construction.
